Nobilis COR4+IB+ND+EDS is an inactive vaccine used for the immunization of chickens against Infectious Bronchitis, Newcastle Disease, Egg Drop Syndrome and Infectious Coryza diseases caused by Haemophilus paragallinarum  .

Composition 
Active ingredients in a 0.5 ml dose:   Haemophilus paragallinarum

• 083 strain (serotype A): at least 1 CPD  70
• Spross strain (serotype B): at least 1 CPD  70
• H-18 strain (serotype C): at least 1 CPD  70
• 48 strain (serotype variant type B): at least 1 CPD  70
• IBV M41 strain: >2.0 log  2   HI unit increase in vaccinated animals
• EDSV'76, BC14 strain: > 3.2 log  2   HI units
• NDV strain Clone 30: > 4.0 log 2   HI units or > 50 PD  50   units  per 1/50th dose

Indications 
It is used to minimize the infection and clinical signs of Infectious Coryza disease caused by Haemophilus paragallinarum (serotype A, B, C and B variant) and to protect against Infectious Bronchitis Virus – IBV (Massachusetts serotype) Newcastle disease and Egg Drop Syndrome '76 in poultry. Its protective effect has been demonstrated at least until the end of the egg-laying period.

Vaccination with 
Nobilis COR4+IB+ND+EDS can be applied to hens from 14 weeks of age and at the latest 4 weeks before the beginning of the laying period.

For optimal protection against Infectious Coryza, animals should be vaccinated with Nobilis Coryza or Nobilis Corvac 4 at least 6 weeks before vaccination with Nobilis COR4+IB+ND+EDS. For optimal booster effect against Infectious Bronchitis and Newcastle disease, animals should be vaccinated with live vaccines against Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis at least 4 weeks before vaccination with Nobilis COR4+IB+ND+EDS. Primary vaccination is not required for Egg Drop Syndrome '76.

Dosage 
1 dose (0.5 ml) for each animal.

It should be applied subcutaneously to the lower part of the neck.

Storage 
Should be stored at 2-8°C and should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Should not be frozen.

Contra-indications 
None when used in accordance with the instructions for use.

Other information
Only healthy animals should be vaccinated.
Before use, the bottles should be shaken well and the contents should be allowed to reach room temperature (20-25°C). 
Opened bottles should be used within 3 hours.
Use sterile syringes.
Do not mix with other vaccines.
Dispose of empty or partially used bottles in accordance with the law.

Warnings
In cases where the vaccine is injected into the applicator as a result of incorrect applications, a physician should be consulted and it should be stated that it is an oily emulsion vaccine.
