INDICATIONS
Bovine: treatment of respiratory tract infections, acute severe mastitis, digestive tract infections, sepsis, and acute arthritis associated with mycoplasma in cattle under 2 years of age.
Sheeps: treatment of digestive tract infections, sepsis and mastitis.
Goats: treatment of respiratory tract infections, digestive tract infections, sepsis and mastitis.
Pigs: treatment of respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, postpartum dysgalactia syndrome, mastitis syndrome, metritis and agalactia, treatment of digestive tract infections and sepsis.
DOSE / APPLICATION / ADMINISTRATION
Route of administration:
Intravenous, subcutaneous or intramuscular.
Dosage:
- Cattle: 1ml of product/20kg of l.w., once a day for 3 to 5 days, subcutaneously or slowly intravenously.
Acute arthritis in cattle under 2 years of age: once a day for 5 days.
Acute mastitis: Slow intravenous once a day for 2 consecutive days.
The second dose can be administered subcutaneously. In such a case, the waiting time after a subcutaneous injection is extended.
- Sheeps and goats: 1ml/20 kg of live weight, once a day subcutaneously for 3 days. No more than 6ml should be administered at a single subcutaneous injection point.
- Pigs: 0,5 ml/20 kg l.w., once a day intramuscularly for 3 days.
Digestive tract infection or sepsis: 1ml/20 kg of live weight, once a day by intramuscular injection for 3 days.
Administer in the neck, at the base of the ear. No more than 3ml should be administered at a single injection point.
In cattle, the safety of this medicament has been proven in cows during the first trimester of pregnancy, so it can be used during this period.
In periods of lactation, it can only be used in the case of cattle and pigs.
In the rest of the species, the safety of this medicament has not been proven during pregnancy and lactation.
