COMPOSITION Nobilis ND Broiler is an inactivated vaccine used to immunize
1-day-old chicks against Newcastle disease (ND) . The vaccine contains an immunogenic strain of ND virus. The virus is produced in embryonated eggs and inactivated with formalin. Finally , it is suspended in a water-phase oil-adjuvanted emulsion. Each dose contains at least 20 PD50 of inactivated ND virus Clone 30 strain. AREA OF USE / INDICATIONS The vaccine is used to protect 1-day-old broiler chicks against Newcastle disease. HOW TO USE AND DOSAGE 0.1 ml is administered to each chick intramuscularly in the chest or subcutaneously in the lower neck. RECOMMENDED VACCINATION SCHEDULE Nobilis ND Broiler is used in 1-day-old chicks by injection and in combination with a live ND vaccine, such as Nobilis ND Clone 30, administered by spray or oculo-nasal route. VACCINE REACTIONS No reaction is observed in healthy chicks. Mild swelling may be observed at the vaccination site within a few weeks following vaccination . Local tissue reactions may occur. WARNINGS • Only healthy animals should be vaccinated. • The vaccine should be allowed to come to room temperature (15–25°C) before use. • The bottle should be shaken before use. • Sterile injection equipment should be used. • The entire bottle should be used after opening. • It should not be mixed with other vaccines. • If the product is accidentally injected into someone, a doctor should be consulted immediately and it should be stated that the vaccine is a fat emulsion. IMMUNITY Healthy chicks vaccinated with Nobilis ND Clone 30 + Nobilis ND Broiler at 1 day of age provide immunity until slaughter. PSC020S10 02 R1 120x160mm Black Moved to repository by ZANDVOOE 07:Nov:2019 10:28 LEGAL PURIFICATION PERIOD None STORAGE CONDITIONS AND SHELF LIFE The vaccine should be stored in a dark place at 2–8°C without freezing. Shelf life is 36 months from the date of production. DISPOSAL CONDITIONS OF WASTE MATERIALS Disposed of in accordance with national legislation requirements
