COMPOSITION:

ENROCID 20% Oral Solution; is a slightly yellow colored clear oral solution and contains 200 mg enrofloxacin base in each ml.

FIELD OF USE:

It is used in the treatment of infections caused by bacteria sensitive to enrofloxacin in broiler chickens and turkeys. In this context, it is indicated in broiler chickens and turkeys for septicemia and diarrhea caused mainly by E. coli, Colibacillosis, yolk sac infections, Salmonellosis, M. gallisepticum, M. synoviae, M. Meleagridis, M. İowae infections, Pasteurellosis, Staphylococcosis, Pseudomonas aeroginosa, H. gallinarum, E. rhusipathia related infections and mixed infections and infections caused by secondary bacterial agents of viral diseases.

USAGE AND DOSAGE:

The recommended daily dose for broiler chickens and turkeys is 10 mg/kg live weight.

The recommended daily dose for broiler chickens and turkeys is 10 mg/kg live weight. This dose should be provided in the drinking water that the poultry will consume for 24 hours and continuously for 3 days. The treatment period is 5 days for Salmonella infections. In meat type chickens; 50 ml of ENROCID 20% Oral Solution is the daily amount required for 1000 kg live weight.

WARNINGS FOR DRUG RESIDUES IN FOOD:

Drug Residue Withdrawal Period (i.k.a.s.); During the treatment period and after the last drug application, chickens raised for meat should not be sent to slaughter for 12 days, and turkeys for 14 days. It is not used in turkeys and chickens from which eggs are obtained for human consumption.
