COMPOSITION:

It is a dark yellow, slightly clear solution containing doxycycline hyclate equivalent to 200 mg doxycycline base in each ml.

USE AREA:

It is used in bacterial diarrhea, colisepticemia, CRD complex, air sac infections, salpingitis, cholera, coryza and staphylococcal infections.

USE AND DOSAGE:

Levadox 20% Oral Solution; is used in broiler chickens and turkeys by adding to drinking water at a dose of 20 mg/kg live weight. Unless otherwise recommended by the Veterinarian, 100 ml of Levadox 20% Oral Solution is added to drinking water for 1000 kg /b.w. and drunk. The treatment period is 5 days.

WARNINGS FOR DRUG RESIDUES IN FOOD:

drug residue withdrawal period (i.k.a.s); 4 days in broiler chickens and 6 days in turkeys. Not used in poultry whose eggs are consumed as human food.
