COMPOSITION:

It is a white, homogeneous oral solution powder containing neomycin sulfate equivalent to 500 mg neomycin base per g.

USE AREA:

It is used in the treatment of bacterial enteritis caused by sensitive bacteria such as E. coli, Salmonella, Haemophilus, Pseudomonas, Proteus in chickens and turkeys.

USE AND DOSAGE:

Unless otherwise recommended by the veterinarian;

Pharmacological dose: It is applied orally by adding to drinking water at a dose of 10 mg/kg bw/day.

Practical dose: It is used in chickens by dissolving in water at a dose of 20 g per 1000 kg live weight for 3 or 5 days. This amount of medication is mixed with sufficient water and drunk. Medicated water is prepared fresh daily.

WARNINGS FOR DRUG RESIDUES IN FOOD:

Drug Residue Purification Period (i.k.a.s.): During the treatment period and within 1 day after the last drug application, chickens and turkeys should not be sent to slaughter. Eggs obtained during the treatment period and within 1 day after the last drug application should not be offered for human consumption.
